A designated Project Manager will work closely with your team to construct an adequate layout and project plan to ensure the scope of work is delivered on-time and meets your study requirements.

The Project Manager is responsible for budget management, establishing time lines to meet deliverables, and collaborating with VCS’ internal team for project specifications. This framework ensures the highest quality of deliverables from project implementation through completion and ensures training meets the needs of the stakeholders.

Our Quality Plan is a company-wide approach placing emphasis on all aspects of our business, combining quality control with continuing quality improvement to deliver a reliable outcome. During project implementation, all facets of the project undergo rigorous Quality Control processes in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures, which ensures the highest optimum results for project outcome.
