William Dale Jackson
President

Dale Jackson has over 16 years experience in all phases of clinical trials and therapeutic areas.  He leads the Virtual Clinical Solutions team to success, expecting the highest level of service and solutions.  Dale oversees the teams that create our innovative product lines as well as the business development efforts.  Beginning in 2006, Dale led the initiative to focus on clinical trial services allowing Virtual Clinical Solutions to secure its place as a leader in providing solutions for the Virtual Training market.

Gloria Beazley brings over 20 years of management, software implementation and operations experience to Virtual Clinical Solutions.  She joined us in 2007 as a Project Manager and was responsible for the configuration, development, and validation of the  Safety Management Center.  Today, Gloria is instrumental in portal configuration, technology testing, and new product development.

Kim Moore
Director, Business Development
 
Kim Moore joined our team in 2007, bringing 20 years of experience in Phase II - IV clinical trials.  Her outsourcing experience at GlaxoSmithKline has been instrumental in consulting, negotiating, and maintaining contracts with 40 of the top 50 pharmaceutical companies for clinical trial projects.  Having also worked for Quintiles, Covance, and MDS Pharma Services, Kim brings a wealth of experience in building, facilitating, and maintaining business-critical relationships with Pharmaceutical  & Biotech clients. 

Kip Oberst has over 15 years Project Management experience and joined Virtual Clinical Solutions in 2007.  She has a high-regarded work history and experience in the Pharmaceutical, Clinical Resource and Biotech Industries.  Her responsibilities include the maintaining of client relations, managing and facilitating projects, creative design, implementation and day-to-day operations.
